It usually occurs while I'm seated. My ob has recently put me on bed rest for placenta previa and I notice that when I try to do too much I get dizzy. I have another appt with her tomorrow. You should be concerned however if your dizziness is prolonged or if something just doesn't feel right. At that point, you need to see a doctor.
